We are all looking for ways to be healthy and happy. However, much of that begins with shedding a few or more pounds. However, it’s difficult to figure out how to do that and so we have found out how this Military diet can help you!
It’s a 3-day diet that isn’t necessarily used by the Military but it does work!
Day 1: Breakfast.
On day one, you can have half a grapefruit, 1 slice of toast and 2 tablespoons of butter along with one cup of coffee.
Peanut butter can be substituted for almond butter, soy butter, sunflower seed butter, hummus, pumpkin butter or bean dip.
Do NOT add any cream or sugar to your coffee. Black coffee can suppress the appetite.
Day 1: Lunch.
Half cup of tuna, another slice of toast (this time, no peanut butter) and water, black coffee or tea.
Day 1: Dinner.
3 ounces of any type of meat, 1 cup of green beans, half a banana, one small apple and one cup of vanilla ice cream.
Day 2: Breakfast.
One slice of toast, one whole egg and half a banana.
Day 2: Lunch.
One cup of cottage cheese (or one slice of cheddar cheese), 1 hard boiled egg and 4 saltine crackers.
Day 2: Dinner.
Two hot dogs with no buns, 1 cup of broccoli, half a cup of carrots, half a banana and half cup of vanilla ice cream.
Veggies should be steamed, baked, boiled or eaten raw.
Also, meat should be grilled or baked.
Day 3: Breakfast.
5 saltine crackers, 1 slice of cheddar cheese and small apple. Don’t forget your cup of coffee!
Day 3: Lunch.
One slice of toast and one hard boiled egg.
Day 3: Dinner.
One cup of tuna, half a banana and one cup of vanilla ice cream.
This is very important. Do not drink this during your diet.
